You have the
possibility to spend a gastronomic week-end and to discover forgotten
flavours and natural products.
Saturday : discovery of products in their "natural environment":
Cheese, milk and butter, apple, cider or calva, fresh and coming from
local markets.
Sunday : The great kitchen opens its doors: Take a cooking lesson
with the chef Cecidio d'Andrea and then enjoy your own creations.
The menu is composed on the base of Saturday's market.

how to take a cooking lesson in a remarkable atmosphere!
The cook Cecidio d'Andrea gives you a "rendezvous" once every
month in the great kitchen with the copper objects and the traditional
Cornue oven.
In one afternoon you can cook a wonderful menu (first and second dish,
dessert) with products from local markets and vegetables taken from the
kitchen garden.
